Come and join Able (formerly EmployStream) for a Friday morning 5k to get the blood flowing before day two of GigE. In the style of virtual Spartan obstacle races, the run will consist of a 5k run with obstacles including push-ups, burpees, and planks.
We'll start all together with warm-up stretches and then disperse to run. Times will be submitted once complete, and we'll host a short awards ceremony at the end of the hour to announce winners. Prizes will be sent to both men's and women's first, second, and third-place finishers.
All athletes are welcome. While prizes are awarded to the top 5k runners, anyone can join to walk, run a distance of their choosing, or simply participate in the warm-up.
